Create sharp, true images from PDF files

 Image formats are usually a great choice when working on documents and reports. Sometimes though , if you need to change slides in PowerPoint, for example, you will need to use a vector format and pdf2picture™. The best format is determined by your project. You may find that you need both pdf2picture and pdf2image. Some general guidelines are:

• If you need to break-down an illustration or drawing into editable lines, curves and text - use pdf2picture
• If you want a high-quality images and do not need to edit the PDF, the shapes or text, then pdf2image is the right tool.
• If you are transforming PDF files for use on web-sites, you need pdf2image
• if you want to convert PDF files into CAD drawings for AutoCAD or Visio, you need pdf2picture
