Licensing

Developer Seats (Design Time Licensing) For each development PC you install the BB FlashBack SDK on, you need to buy one "developer seat". We charge for up to five developer seats. Once five seats have been purchased you have a license for "five or more" developer PCs, and can install the SDK on as many developer PCs as required within your company site. Royalties (Run Time Licensing) If using the BB FlashBack SDK Basic or Professional editions, you do not need to pay royalties. This means you can distribute copies of our components inside your own software to end users, with no royalty payment. If using the BB FlashBack SDK Advanced edition, a royalty free license is available. Contact us to discuss.

Terms of Use

The BB FlashBack SDK can be used for a huge variety of purposes; however the license dictates that the BB FlashBack SDK cannot be used to create a general purpose screen recorder that competes directly with BB FlashBack without Blueberry's agreement. If you think this might be the case, it doesn't mean you definitely cannot use the SDK for your project - it means you should contact usto discuss your requirements. We advise all parties with an interest in the SDK to contact us for assistance and guidance.

Technical Support

A year's technical support is included when you purchase the BB FlashBack SDK. This entitles you to: Support by Email. Support by phone (English speaking only). Minor upgrades for free. If technical support is needed beyond the first year, this must be purchased at 20% of the value of the licences you own.
